Mumbai, June 30 -- State governments raised Rs 13,600 crore through the auction of State Government Securities (SGS) on Tuesday, with Telangana accounting for more than half of the total borrowing.

Andhra Pradesh raised Rs 2,600 crore through two securities. The state borrowed Rs 1,000 crore through a 13-year security at a cut-off yield of 7.56%.

It also raised Rs 1,600 crore through the re-issue of the 8.07% Andhra Pradesh SGS 2051 at a cut-off price of Rs 104.42, corresponding to a yield of 7.6672%.

Assam mobilised Rs 1,000 crore through the re-issue of the 7.62% Assam SGS 2046. The security was auctioned at a cut-off price of Rs 99.83, translating into a yield of 7.6362%.
