Mumbai, July 13 -- SIS has allotted 6,893 equity shares under ESOP on 13 July 2026. With this allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to Rs 70,65,38,215 divided into 14,13,07,643 equity shares of Rs 5/- each.
