Mumbai, Jan. 29 -- SIS has allotted 50,733 equity shares of Rs 5 each under ESOP on 29 January 2026. The paid-up share capital of the company has accordingly been increased to Rs 706,166,570 divided into 141,233,314 equity shares of Rs 5/- each.
