Mumbai, May 7 -- Shriram Finance has allotted 1,44,142 equity shares under ESOS on 07 May 2026. Pursuant to allotment of the equity shares, the paid-up share capital of the Company stands increased from Rs.470,53,72,852/- to Rs.470,56,61,136/-.
