Mumbai, Aug. 21 -- Share India Securities has allotted 75,000 listed, rated, secured, taxable, transferable, redeemable non-convertible debentures (NCDs) of face value Rs 10,000 each, aggregating to Rs 75 crore on a private placement basis.
