Mumbai, Oct. 29 -- Shaily Engineering Plastics has allotted 1,300 equity shares under ESOP on 29 October 2026. Consequent to this allotment, the issued and paid-up equity share capital of the Company stands increased from Rs. 9,19,90,496 divided into 4,59,95,248 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each to Rs. 9,19,93,096 divided into 4,59,96,548 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each.
