Mumbai, Oct. 26 -- Senco Gold has today executed the Share Subscription Agreement

(SSA), Shareholders' Agreement (SHA) and other transaction-related documents with August Jewellery (AJPL) (having brand name "Melorra") and its existing shareholders for the acquisition of 68% of the equity share capital of AJPL for an aggregate consideration of Rs 68 crore, to be invested in multiple tranches. The completion of the aforesaid acquisition is subject to the fulfilment of certain conditions precedent as specified in the aforementioned transaction documents.
