Mumbai, May 19 -- Safari Industries (India) has allotted 1,624 equity shares under Safari Employees Stock Appreciation Rights Scheme 2022 on 19 May 2026. Consequent to the aforesaid allotment, the issued, subscribed and paid-up equity share capital of the Company will increase from Rs. 9,79,87,854/- to Rs. 9,79,91,102.
