Mumbai, Nov. 10 -- Safari Industries (India) has allotted 1,200 equity shares under ESOP on 10 November 2025. Consequent to the aforesaid allotments, the issued, subscribed and paid-up equity share capital of the Company will increase from Rs. 9,79,82,158/- to Rs. 9,79,84,558/-.
