Mumbai, April 27 -- Rossari Biotech has allotted 8,250 equity shares under ESOP on 27 April 2026. With this allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to Rs. 11,07,83,232 consisting of 55391616 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each.
