Mumbai, Aug. 28 -- Rose Merc has allotted 1,60,000 equity shares under ESOP on 28 August 2026.

Consequent, to the allotment of the aforesaid equity shares, the issued and the paid-up equity share capital of the Company stands increased to Rs. 7,88,60,470 consisting of 78,86,047 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each.
