Mumbai, April 3 -- Rishabh Instruments has allotted 6,191 equity shares under ESOP on 03 April 2026. Post allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to 3,85,52,204 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each fully paid-up aggregating to Rs. 38,55,22,040/-.
