Mumbai, Oct. 29 -- Restaurant Brands Asia has allotted 9,259 equity shares of face value of Rs 10 each under ESOP on 29 October 2026. With this allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to 71,22,27,588 equity shares of Rs 10 each.
