Mumbai, Sept. 21 -- Renaissance Global has allotted 3,750 equity shares under ESOP on 21 September 2026. With this allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to Rs. 21,48,15,442 comprising of 10,74,07,721 equity shares of Rs.2/- each fully paid-up.
