Mumbai, Aug. 11 -- RBL Bank has allotted 7,38,688 equity shares under ESOP on 10 August 2026. With this allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to 155,01,08,105 equity shares of Rs.10/- each aggregating to Rs. 1550,10,81,050.
