Mumbai, Feb. 10 -- RBL Bank has allotted 1,54,262 equity shares under ESOP on 09 February 2026. Consequently, the paid up equity share capital has increased to 61,76,52,172 equity shares of Rs. 10 each aggregating to Rs. 617,65,21,720.
