Mumbai, Jan. 14 -- Ramkrishna Forgings has approved the allotment of 34 lakh convertible warrants at an issue price of Rs 588 per warrant aggregating to Rs 199.92 crore up on receipt of 25% of the issue price upfront aggregating to Rs 49.98 crore.
