Mumbai, Sept. 16 -- The new facility, designated Unit 3, will manufacture wires and cables. It is located at Village Karad, Silvassa, close to the company's existing units in the region. Commercial production began on 15 September 2026.

The plant has a total planned capacity of 18,000 MT per annum. Production has started at an operational capacity of 12,000 MT per annum. The company said the remaining capacity is expected to be operational by December 2026.
