Mumbai, Aug. 22 -- Poonawalla Fincorp has allotted 87,290 equity shares under ESOP on 22 August 2025. With this allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to Rs. 1,55,84,17,192 consisting of 779,208,596 equity shares of Rs 2 each.
