Mumbai, Nov. 2 -- SEBI issued administrative warning letters to managing director Balram Garg and company secretary and compliance officer Vijay Panwar. The letters were received on 30 October 2026.

The letters relate to the company's failure to maintain a structured digital database (SDD) for unpublished price-sensitive information. The information was linked to a business update for the quarter ended 30 June 2025. The company had disclosed the update to the stock exchanges on 3 July 2025.
