Mumbai, Aug. 24 -- Indian Hotels Company (IHCL/ transferee company) approved the Scheme of Arrangement between Oriental Hotels (OHL/ transferor company'), the company and their respective shareholders, under the provisions of Sections 230 to 232 of the Companies Act, 2013 and other applicable regulatory requirements, for the amalgamation of OHL into and with the company.
