Mumbai, Aug. 21 -- Organic Recycling Systems has allotted 51,99,630 equity shares of face value of Rs 10 each under bonus issue in the ratio of 1:2. Consequently, the paid up equity share capital has increased to 1,55,98,905 equity shares of Rs 10 each.
