Mumbai, June 23 -- Niva Bupa Health Insurance Company has allotted 14,76,432 equity shares under ESOP on 23 June 2026. Consequent to the aforesaid allotment, the paid-up equity share capital of the Company stands increased to Rs 18,49,23,37,030/- comprising 1,84,92,33,703 equity shares of face value of Rs 10/- each.
