Mumbai, Aug. 17 -- New Delhi Television has entered into an Asset Purchase Agreement with Lifestyle & Media Broadcasting (seller) for acquisition of the business undertaking comprising the "GoodTimes" channel (business undertaking) for a lump sum consideration of Rs 18 crore.
