Mumbai, Aug. 10 -- Mobavenue AI Tech has fixed 26 August 2026 as record date for determining the Members/Shareholders entitled to receive the final dividend for the FY 2025-26, if declared. The final dividend, if any, shall be paid on or before 01 October 2026.
