Mumbai, April 10 -- COMEX Silver futures plummeted today as a slide after hitting three-week high of $78 per ounce stayed in place. Equities are mixed but Silver is giving up after a sharp spike in last session. The metal currently trades down 1.70% at $75.16 per ounce. The US dollar index is up marginally at 98.70 amid uncertainty about the US-Iran truce deal. MCX Silver futures are currently trading down 1.73% at Rs 239556 per kg. The counter edged up above Rs 243000 per kg mark in morning trades but failed to extend the upside amid bearish global cues.
