Mumbai, June 5 -- Base metals continued to slide today. MCX Copper futures for June are trading at Rs 1358.85 per kg, down 1.27% on the day. The counter opened lower and tried to consolidate around Rs 1363 per kg mark before sliding. MCX Aluminum futures dipped 0.83% at Rs 386.85 per kg. MCX Zinc futures fell 0.87% to trade at Rs 368.50 per kg. MCX Lead futures eased 0.24% to trade at Rs 206.35 per kg. MCX Nickel futures are down 0.59% to trade at Rs 1799.10 per kg.
