Mumbai, Sept. 18 -- Base metals edged higher today. MCX Copper futures are trading at Rs 1399 per kg, up 0.28% on the day. The counter fell in red in early moves. MCX Aluminium futures rose 0.60% to trade at Rs 354.25 per kg. MCX Zinc futures added 0.55% to trade at Rs 429.55 per kg. MCX Lead futures moved up 0.36% to trade at Rs 195.96 per kg. MCX Nickel futures edged up 0.03% to trade at Rs 1598 per kg.
