Mumbai, Aug. 17 -- Mazda has fixed 04 September 2026 as record date for the purpose of determining entitlement of the shareholders of the company to receive final dividend for the financial year 2025-26.

The dividend, if approved, shall be paid on or after 30 September 2026.
