Mumbai, Aug. 12 -- Max Estates has allotted 51,525 equity shares under ESOP on 11 August 2026. With this allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to Rs 1,63,56,49,350/- comprising of 16,35,64,935 equity shares of Rs 10/- each.
