Mumbai, Feb. 13 -- Lupin has allotted 75,273 equity shares under ESOP on 13 February 2026. In view of the above, the issued and paid-up share capital of the Company has increased to Rs 91,40,86,438 consisting of 45,70,43,219 equity shares of Rs 2/- each.
