Mumbai, April 2 -- With this addition, the company's presence in Jammu and Kashmir will grow to four operational hotels, alongside two more properties currently under development.

The upcoming hotel will be managed by Carnation Hotels, a wholly owned subsidiary of Lemon Tree Hotels. Strategically located approximately 2 km from Srinagar International Airport and 11 km from Srinagar Railway Station, the property is expected to offer strong connectivity for both business and leisure travellers visiting the Kashmir Valley.

The Keys Prima Hotel will feature 60 rooms along with a range of amenities, including a restaurant, banquet hall, conference facilities, a swimming pool, and a fitness centre.
