Mumbai, Sept. 18 -- L&T Finance has allotted 65,000 senior, secured, rated, listed, redeemable, non-convertible debentures of the face value of Rs. 1 lakh on a private placement basis, in dematerialised form for cash for an aggregate nominal value of Rs. 650 crore on private placement basis.
