Mumbai, Oct. 30 -- Krishna Institute of Medical Sciences has acquired 5.82% stake in Ushahkal Abhinav Specialty Hospital LLP (Sangli), an O&M entity, for an aggregate consideration of Rs 15 crore by way of primary infusion.
