Mumbai, May 2 -- Net profit of Jyoti Structures rose 52.05% to Rs 18.14 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 11.93 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025. Sales rose 42.25% to Rs 234.36 crore in the quarter ended March 2026 as against Rs 164.75 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2025.

For the full year,net profit rose 57.52% to Rs 56.03 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 35.57 crore during the previous year ended March 2025. Sales rose 50.77% to Rs 750.87 crore in the year ended March 2026 as against Rs 498.04 crore during the previous year ended March 2025.
