Mumbai, Sept. 25 -- JM Financial has allotted 45,000 equity shares under ESOS on 25 September 2026.

Subsequent to the allotment of the equity shares as above, the paid-up equity share capital of the Company is Rs 95,70,04,936/- representing 95,70,04,936 equity shares of the face value of Rs 1/- each.
