Mumbai, Sept. 30 -- Inox Green Energy Services has allotted 1,81,10,473 equity shares to 20 qualified institutional buyers at the issue price of Rs. 165.65 per equity share (including a premium of Rs. 155.65 per equity share) at a discount of Rs. 8.71 per equity share (i.e. 5% of the floor price, as determined in terms of the SEBI ICDR Regulations) to the floor price i.e. Rs. 174.36 per equity share, aggregating to Rs. 299.99 crore pursuant to the QIP issue.
