Mumbai, Sept. 18 -- Infosys has allotted 44,116 equity shares under ESOP. Consequently, effective from 18 September 2026, the issued and subscribed share capital of the Company stands increased to Rs 20,29,13,82,890/- divided into 4,05,82,76,578 equity shares of face value of Rs 5/- each.
