Mumbai, July 13 -- IndoStar Capital Finance has allotted 7,352 equity shares under ESOP on 13 July 2026. Consequently, the paid up equity share capital has increased to Rs 1,61,59,23,590/- consisting of 16,15,92,359 equity shares of face value of Rs 10/- each.
