Mumbai, April 10 -- IndoStar Capital Finance has allotted 1,250 equity shares under ESOP on 10 April 2026. Consequently, the paid up equity share capital has increased to Rs 1,61,53,85,160 /- consisting of 16,15,38,516 equity shares of face value of Rs 10/- each.
