Mumbai, Feb. 27 -- Indian Overseas Bank announced that S&P Global Ratings Singapore, International Credit Rating Agency has assigned the bank a fresh Issuer Credit Rating (ICR) as "BBB/Stable/A2" and Standalone Credit profile (SACP) as "bbb-".
