Mumbai, Jan. 30 -- Indian Gas Exchange (IGX) and Hindustan Petroleum Corporation (HPCL) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to strengthen access to regasification infrastructure and deepen market-based participation in India's natural gas ecosystem.
