Mumbai, Oct. 5 -- IIFL Finance has allotted 4,650 Secured, Listed, Rated, Market Linked, Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) of the face value of Rs 1,00,000/- each and aggregating to Rs 46.50 crore under Series MLD 1, in dematerialised form and on private placement basis.
