Mumbai, Oct. 28 -- The board of IIFL Capital Services at its meeting held on 28 October 2026 has approved the allotment of Vasudev Jagannath as an Additional Director and Whole-time Director (Key Managerial Personnel) of the Company for a period of three years, subject to the approval of the shareholders, regulators and such other approvals as may be applicable.
