ICICI Bank allots 11.85 lakh equity shares under ESOS

Mumbai, Jan. 13 -- ICICI Bank has allotted 11,85,510 equity shares of face value

of Rs.2 each on 13 January 2026 under the ICICI Bank Employees Stock Option Scheme 2000.
