Mumbai, July 11 -- Himatsingka Seide has on 10 July 2026, allotted 700 Tranche 2 Series D Unlisted, Senior, Secured, Unrated, Redeemable, Taxable Transferable Non-Convertible Debentures (Tranche 2 Series D Debentures) denominated in Indian Rupees (Rs.) each having a face value of Rs. 5,00,000, issued at par, aggregating to Rs. 35 crore, on a private placement basis.
