Mumbai, Oct. 22 -- HDFC Bank has allotted today 91,38,522 equity shares under ESOP.

The paid up share capital of the Bank will accordingly increase from 15,41,85,97,348 equity shares of Re. 1/- each to 15,42,77,35,870 equity shares of Re.1/- each.
