HDFC Bank allots 42.48 lakh equity shares under ESOS

Mumbai, July 31 -- HDFC Bank has allotted 42,48,902 equity shares under ESOS on 31 July 2026. With this allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to 15,40,93,91,686 equity shares of Re.1/- each.
