Mumbai, April 22 -- HDFC Bank has allotted 17,84,256 equity shares under ESOS on 22 April 2026. With this allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased from 15,39,33,68,328 equity shares of Re. 1/- each to 15,39,51,52,584 equity shares of Re.1/- each.
