Mumbai, July 29 -- GTL Infrastructure has allotted of 2,99,637 equity shares consequent to conversion of Interest Bearing Convertible Bonds (Series B2 Bonds) amounting to US$ 46,000 at a conversion price of Rs. 10/- per share.
